Can you get rid of stains and smells?

Aye, most of them. For the tough ones like pet stains, we’ve got specialist treatments that sort it right out.

What fabrics can you clean?

Pretty much all colours and materials: cotton, linen, and synthetics. We don’t clean velvet. We clean most leathers with the exception of aniline leather which generally needs to be dyed.

How long does it take?

Most sofas take about 1–3 hours, depending on their size and condition. We'll be able to give you a fairly accurate time estimate with your quote.

Do you cover my area?

We offer services across the North East including Hartlepool, Durham, Darlington, and Newcastle, and we’re always happy to travel a bit further for a clean if you are a regular customer.

What if something goes wrong?

Out technicians are trained professionals. We are completely confident in their ability to use professional equipment and solutions effectively without issue. For our customers peace of mind we offer a no damage guarantee and have a comprehensive public liability insurance policy in place.
