Everything. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, windows, skirting, doors, sockets, and fixtures. You can also include oven, carpet or upholstery cleaning for a full package if needed.

Not at all. Most customers give us access through their agent or landlord. We’ll let you know once it’s done and can send photos if needed.

Usually 4–8 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger homes or add-ons (like carpets and ovens) take longer.

Yes. We work with several local agents and landlords who use us for regular move-in/move-out cleans. We’re happy to invoice directly if needed as long as this is agreed upfront when we give the quote. If this has not been pre agreed the clean would need to be paid for on the day.

Yes. We will let you know when we are going to arrive well ahead of time so you can get on with your day. If there is going to be a delay, we'll always keep you in the loop to avoid any inconvenience.
